Annual General Meeting July 2021 – Notice and Agenda

The Friends of St. Anne’s Church, Kew

Registered Charity No. 1085389

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Friends of St. Anne’s Church, Kew, will be held on Saturday 3 July 2021 at 11 a.m. in St. Anne’s Church Hall.

We propose to hold this year’s AGM as a face-to-face meeting if the government’s current roadmap is followed and COVID restrictions have been eased. If that is not the case, we will have to revert to a Zoom meeting, and details of how to join will be sent to all members by email.

At the AGM the Executive Committee will report on activities and events which took place in 2020-2021 and present the annual accounts. The AGM will also elect the Committee and officers of the charity for the next twelve months. An agenda follows.

The Chairman’s letter, dated June 2021, is linked here
